CHANEL Vintage 2.55 Navy Double Flap Small Classic Handbag Lambskin Circa 1989
A timeless, outstanding Chanel collector 2.55 from 1989, 23.5 cm in deep navy (almost black) in very good condition with some normal wear as it is a 34 years old classic. It is a classic double flap in deep navy blue, classic quilted leather with excellent 24k gold plated CC turn-lock and hardware, a double strap leather interlaced chain. Rear half moon exterior pocket, the exterior is in very good condition with some normal age related wear on the leather with some trace of the interlaced leather chain strap due to storage, see photo. This is only apparent under certain bright light conditions. The interior compartments are very clean and it is lined with navy lambskin leather, two compartments, two small slit pockets. The small interior slit pockets are of leather and grey felt probably because some interior coating came off in one part inside of the two hidden slit pockets, see photo. Normally nobody are using these slit pockets because they are too rigid and narrow. This outstanding vintage Chanel small-medium handbag is from a private collection and it is ‘A Must-Have’ rare piece in very good condition and still has his sticker hologram inside at the bottom of the bag.
