Delivery Zone

Chelsea Vintage Couture items are delivered anywhere in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Europe, USA, and anywhere else in the world. Please note for some countries you will need to contact us to receive a quote for the shipping. Delivery orders to business addresses, P.O. boxes, hotels or university campuses. Orders to any of these destinations will not be processed as every items must be signed by the client. Delivery of items will take place upon full payment of the items ordered. Orders made from the website of a country different to that of the delivery address will not be processed unless we receive a full written confirmation from the client.

Delivery type and times

The orders usually are dispatched within 24 hours from the order date. After the goods are dispatched, we will provide you a tracking number for tracking online. As usual, it takes 1 to 7 business days to your door depending where you are in the world. Your satisfaction is what we strive for. Delivery from Monday through Friday by 6:00 pm for any order placed online or by phone. This service is not available on holidays. All items must be signed by the client. The expected delivery time is 1/9 business days after placing the order depending of the country where you are living.

For any purchase above £2,000 please contact us for shipping quotes as every item must be insured at the full price of the item for sale. If you wish an express delivery, please contact us for a quote. If you are in London, the delivery can possibly be made on the same day that you place your order. Orders placed on-line for delivery in our neighbourhood is free of charge (Fulham, Chelsea, South Kensington, High Street Kensington). Please contact us by phone or by email for a quote for a special delivery by motorcycle. Chelsea Vintage Couture will inform you by email of the progress of your order. You can also track the progress of your order in the “My Orders” section of your online Customer Account on www.chelseavintagecouture.com or by contacting our Customer Service by email or phone, during the opening hours indicated in the “Contact” section of the Site.

Delivery in our neighbourhood (Borough Chelsea /Kensington/Fulham)

Any delivery charges for orders placed online or over the phone to be delivered in our Borough will be free of charge. Or the client can collect the order directly at the shop.

Receipt and Price: The receipt of your order will be sent electronically to your email address. This receipt, which we advise you to print and keep, will also be available by logging in to your Customer Account.

Who Pays Customs Charges – Import Duties – Taxes – International

Some International shipments including Europe are subject to customs duties – taxes imposed on goods when transported across international borders. We advised international buyers to check the legislation concerning those taxes to be paid in their country.

The client ‘the recipient’ is responsible to pay the customs duties and taxes upon delivery not Chelsea Vintage Couture.

Notes: —- We do our best to provide to our clientele 100% satisfaction. If you want to return your items, you must contact us before. All items sent back to us must be complete in the original condition with all tags and labels: unused, unworn, altered or washed and with all tags attached. We do not accept the returns of any item that has been used, damaged, engraved, or altered by the third party. Please read our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds before placing your order. —- We do not accept items that are unauthorised, packaged incorrectly, or improperly insured. Any unwanted items can not be returned/refunds after 14-day period. We appreciate your understanding. —- We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
