Condition A: Vintage-Preowned, An outstanding French 1960 ATTRIBUTED TO COCO CHANEL Couture Jacquard Floral Brocade Cream long evening gown with embellished boat neckline and with a stunning embellished low cut back. In excellent vintage condition, a slight sign of age related-wear interior lining. Handmade in France, no label or size tag inside the clothes in those years. Delivered with a transparent clothe cover protection. Attributed to Coco Chanel: Coco Chanel often used Jacquard and Brocade fabrics for her evening wear and cocktail outfit during her post-war comeback in the 1950s and 1960s. For the evening wear Coco Chanel often added gold, pearl or silver Lurex threads, creating the shimmering, ornate floral patterns similar to this brocade dress from this era. her design was simple but very luxury because of the luxury fabric and embellishment such as this one.
