We are committed to maintaining our service, adapting to every situation that presents itself, and proactively replying to all your questions and resolving all issues that might occur. As stated by the World Health Organisation (WHO), it remains safe to send or receive a package from any area where COVID-19 has been reported.
1. Order / Shipping
Once we have received your order, we will process it immediately and we will confirm by email which carrier we will use and if there are any restrictions in the country where we must ship the item to. A separate email with the tracking number will follow.
Post-Office Royal Mail and most of the carriers are still operating and any orders received will be shipped depending of each local authority order restrictions of each country in order to safeguard the health of the community. Please note there are huge challenges for local teams on the ground so delays in delivery of your items are, unfortunately, to be expected for the foreseeable future.
Please note all carriers that are currently operating are authorised to deliver parcels without a signature to minimise contact.
